Meet and Greet at the airport by Johann and your local guide. Transfer to the hotel and check-in. In the evening, first guided exploration of the city through its street food.
Visit the Chinese district of Cho Lon and its lively streets. Stroll through a local market and have lunch with Nhi, a young photographer with a passion for cooking.
In the afternoon, stroll through of a working-class district of the city, then a modern residential area. Chat with locals about their life in this great two-faceted metropolis. In the evening, performance at the Saigon Opera of a poetic show on the theme of daily life in Vietnam.
Visite du musée d'Ethnologie du Vietnam, puis tour de ville en voiture, en passant notamment par le mausolée du père de la nation Ho Chi Minh. Déjeuner dans une maison coloniale épargnée par la révolution, dans laquelle Madame Minh, propriétaire des lieux, vous accueillera et vous contera l’histoire du lieu.
L’après-midi, rencontre avec Hai, fabricant de marionnettes de père en fils depuis plusieurs générations. En soirée, découverte de la cuisine de rue à travers une balade gastronomique dans le vieux quartier.
